LucemStone® terrazzo is more than a floor covering: it is a true design tool. This living material gives architects and designers endless room for expression. It combines technical reliability with creative freedom. The LucemStone® collection offers 139 original designs.
We can also develop custom designs to express the identity of your project. Each composition plays the fine binder against the strong aggregates. Together, they turn the surface into a true architectural element.
From floor to wall, from benchtop to joinery, LucemStone® adapts to every scale thanks to our prefabrication workshop, AdLucemCréation®. Slabs, stairs, skirtings, bespoke furniture: each piece is designed, made and finished in our workshop, with the support of our design office and all our passion.

Our formulation, and above all its adhesion, allows application at a thickness of 9 to 12 mm. Our materials are pre-dosed in the factory and ready to use. With our training centre, they make the installation of this exceptional material safe and reliable.

Our materials need a sound, cohesive substrate. In refurbishment, this is rarely the case. The adhesion and hardness of our systems can then become a drawback: substrate defects come through to the surface.
We needed an answer to these interface issues. Fermacell dry screeds fully separate the floor from the substrate, so defects cannot come through.
FermaStone® is the answer, under Technical Approval. It frees you from the condition of the existing floor and achieves a U4 P4 E2 C2 rating under the current UPEC classification.

The AdLucem training centre (activity declaration no. 82 26 02220 26) holds Qualiopi certification under France's National Framework for training activities L.6313-1 -1°.

How does it differ from traditional terrazzo?
AdLucem® terrazzo is 7 to 12 mm thick when finished, compared with several centimetres for traditional versions.

A mineralisation and water-repellent layer is applied to densify and protect the surface.
Is it slippery once polished?
No.
The PN24 rating attests to its slip resistance.
For wet areas, a bush-hammered finish is available: it further improves slip resistance.
Is it sensitive to stains (wine, oil, lemon, etc.)?
The system has a water- and oil-repellent protection. It limits the penetration of common stains and leaves time to clean them.
How do you maintain it day-to-day? Is re-polishing or re-protection needed over time?
